Frank Ramsperger
Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Frank Ramsperger is Managing Partner of the Alpha Plus Advisors LLC, a quantitative Investment Management Company based in New York. Frank Ramsperger has been a member of Executive Board and Chief Investment Officer of the Bank Hofmann AG for eight years. Prior to his change to the Bank Hofmann AG he was Chief Investment Officer at the Bank Julius Bär in Zurich. He started his career twenty years ago at the UBS AG in the Institutional Asset Management and held different leading positions in Zurich and Luxemburg.



Hansjörg Bürk
Member of the Supervisory Board

Hansjörg Bürk is a member of the Management Board of the Corporate Banking department at the Dresdner Bank AG in Munich. Before this he held different leading positions in Corporate Banking at the BHF-BANK Aktiengesellschaft, Frankfurt and in the Danske Bank in Hamburg. He started his career 17 years ago at Barclays Bank plc. for which he was active in Frankfurt and in London in the fields of Corporate Banking and Structured Finance.

Professor Dr. med. Juergen Hochberger
Member of the Supervisory Board

Juergen Hochberger is Chairman of the Department of Medicine III, Gastroenterology, Interventional Endoscopy, St. Bernward Hospital in Hildesheim, Germany. Before, among other positions, he was Chief Endoscopist of the Medical Dept. I, University of Erlangen.
As internationally renowned expert in this field he is a true driver of innovation in the clinical development of interventional endoscopy holding numerous patents and having been granted multiple awards. He is founding member of the interdisciplinary “Initiative Group of NOTES Germany”, board member of several national and international medical societies and Associate Editor of “Gastro-intestinal Endoscopy – GIE”.
As President elect he will steer the annual meeting of the German Society of Endoscopy (DGE-BV) in 2010 and the annual meeting of the “Section of Endoscopy of the German Society of Gastroenterology”.
