Our OTSC system is designed for gastrointestinal organ wall closure after endoscopic procedures. The OTSC clip provides significantly more strength and larger tissue capture than smaller clips delivered through the working channel of the flexible endoscope.

The OTSC system for organ closure consists
of the the OTSC clip, the OTSC applicator and
the OTSC twin grasper as an application aid.

Iatrogenic lesions of GI organs are a significant complication of diagnostic or interventional procedures.

These lesions can be the result of snare resection or biopsy of gastrointestinal tissues and can involve deep injury or perforation of the wall.

Flexible endoscopy is expanding its role from
diagnostics and classical endoscopic procedures to advanced endoluminal and transluminal surgical techniques such as NOTES (Natural Orifice Transluminal Endoscopic Surgery).

OTSC can be used to approximate the wound margins and close digestive organ wall perforations.
